Baked Flounder Roll Overs

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms skin on
  • 1 & 1/3 lbs. fresh flounder fillets
  • 1/2 cup freshly chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped green onions-scallions
  • 1 can Campbells cream of mushrooms soup, 10.75 oz can
  • 1/2 cup Holland House 16 oz white cooking wine


Directions
 
  1. Combine tomatoes, mushrooms and greenonions-scallions; spoon mixture onto each fillet. Roll up fillets and secure with toothpicks.
  2. Combine soup and wine in a small saucepan; stir and heat to simmer.
  3. Pour sauce over fish and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes or until cooked throughout.
