Baked Flounder Roll Overs
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms skin on
- 1 & 1/3 lbs. fresh flounder fillets
- 1/2 cup freshly chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped green onions-scallions
- 1 can Campbells cream of mushrooms soup, 10.75 oz can
- 1/2 cup Holland House 16 oz white cooking wine
Directions

- Combine tomatoes, mushrooms and greenonions-scallions; spoon mixture onto each fillet. Roll up fillets and secure with toothpicks.
- Combine soup and wine in a small saucepan; stir and heat to simmer.
- Pour sauce over fish and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes or until cooked throughout.
