Savory Grilled Shark Steaks
Ingredients
1 1/3 pounds Foley Fresh shark steaks (service seafood department)
1/3 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise (aisle # 6)
2 tablespoons bottle Brianna's vinaigrette dressing (aisle # 1)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil (produce department)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (aisle # 3)


Directions
 
1. Combine mayonnaise, dressing, lemon juice and basil; mix well.
2. Brush mixture on both sides of shark steaks and marinate 1/2 hour.
3. Grill steaks over medium-hot coals about 6 minutes per side or until just cooked throughout.
