Margarita Salmon Fillets
Ingredients
1 teaspoon grated lime rind (produce department)
3 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice (produce department)
1 tablespoon tequila
2 teaspoons granulated sugar (aisle # 11)
1/2 teaspoon salt (aisle #11)
2 teaspoons vegetable oil (aisle # 11)
1/2 teaspoon orange peel (spice rack end of aisle # 11)
1 garlic clove, crushed (produce department)
4 - 6 ounce Foley fresh salmon fillets, about 1 inch thick

8 ounces uncooked Barilla capellini/angel hair pasta (aisle # 7)
Cooking spray (aisle # 11)
Fresh lime slices (produce department)
Directions

1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag, add fish, seal and marinate for at least 20 minutes underrefrigerationn.
2. While fish is marinating, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and keep warm.
3. Remove fish from bag , reserving marinade.
4. Preheat broiler.
5. Place fish on cooking spray coated broiler pan, broil 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
6. Serve over pasta. Garnish with lime slices if desired.
