Orange-Ginger Grilled
Boneless Chicken Thighs


Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons lite soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 8 skinless and boneless chicken thighs, about 2 pounds total
  • Garnishes: fresh cilantro sprigs, orange slices
Directions

  1. Combine orange juice and next 5 ingredients, rice wine vinegar through sesame oil, in a shallow dish or large zip-top freezer bag. Add chicken and cover or seal and chill at least 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  2. Prepare grill.
  3. Remove chicken thighs from marinade, and discard marinade.
  4. Grill, covered with grill lid over medium-high heat 4 minutes on each side or until done. Garnish, if desired.
