Spaghetti Aglio Olio
With Mushrooms And Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Bertolli Classico Olive Oil (aisle # 8)
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped (produce dpeartment)
  • 1 bunch broccoli, chopped (produce department)
  • 1/4 lb mushrooms, sliced (produce department)
  • 1/3 cup College Inn chicken broth (aisle # 6)
  • 1 box (16 oz) Barilla Spaghetti, cooked and drained (aisle # 7)
  • 1/3 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
    (deli-food court cheese case)


Directions
 
  1. Place broccoli in microwave dish. Add 1/4 cup water and microwave on HIGH until tender. Drain off water.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet. Add garlic and cook on LOW 1 min (do not brown).
  3. Add broccoli and mushrooms. Sauté on medium 2 min.
  4. Add chicken broth, cooked spaghetti and cheese. Stir to heat throughout. Salt and pepper to taste.
